Kylie Huffman-Shayeb

In 2016, Ms. Huffman-Shayeb received her law degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. Shortly after becoming licensed as an attorney, Ms. Huffman-Shayeb joined ASU Alumni Law Group, where she discovered her calling to become a family law attorney. In 2018, Ms. Huffman-Shayeb decided to “hang out a shingle” and founded Huffman-Shayeb Law, PLLC, a virtual law firm offering rates and flexible scheduling designed to maintain an optimal client experience.

Ms. Huffman-Shayeb has largely focused her career on family law and juvenile law cases, making courtroom appearances in the Maricopa County Superior Court (including the Central Court Building, Durango Facility, East Court Building, Northeast Regional Center, Southeast Facility, and Southwest Facility), the Pinal County Superior Court, Pima County Superior Court, and Yavapai County Superior Court.

Ms. Huffman-Shayeb is a member of the Arizona Bar Association, as well as an active member of the Maricopa County Bar Association and a former member of the Arizona Women Lawyers Association. She is a participating attorney in the Modest Means Project of the Arizona Foundation for Legal Services and has volunteered at the Fresh Start Women’s Foundation. Huffman-Shayeb Law, PLLC is accredited by the Better Business Bureau.

Tufik Y. Shayeb

Mr. Shayeb has been a member of the State Bar of Arizona since 2012. Since joining Huffman-Shayeb Law in February of 2022, Mr. Shayeb has dedicated his efforts to legal research, drafting, and the development of case strategies, with an emphasis in family law procedure and the enforcement/collection of family law judgments.

Prior to joining Huffman-Shayeb Law, Mr. Shayeb gained over nine years of experience in creditor’s rights, contract law, and civil procedure while serving as an associate attorney with Blitt & Gaines, P.C. (June of 2021 to February of 2022) and with Ewing & Ewing Attorneys, P.C. (November of 2012 to May of 2021).

Mr. Shayeb has experience litigating cases all over the State of Arizona, in both superior courts and justice courts. Prior to receiving his license to practice law, Mr. Shayeb served as a clerk and paralegal at Ewing & Ewing Attorneys, P.C. (August of 2004 to November of 2012).

Mr. Shayeb earned his Juris Doctor from Arizona Summit Law School (f.k.a. Phoenix School of Law), where he received various academic recognitions, served on the school’s moot court team, served on the school’s flagship law review staff, and co-founded the school’s first online legal journal. In addition to his law degree, Mr. Shayeb holds a Master of Laws in Biotechnology and Genomics from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Arizona State University.

In addition to practicing law, Mr. Shayeb has served as an adjunct faculty member of the Colangelo College of Business at Grand Canyon University, where he has taught Ethical and Legal Issues in Business. Since the completion of his LL.M., Mr. Shayeb has authored and published various articles on the intersection of law and technology, including:
